Service Dog Program

Application Information

We started our service dog program way back in 2018. This program has now grown to be one of our biggest passions. 

Every puppy sold through our program helps support our service dog donation program. We now have over 40 service past service dogs.

If yourself, clinic, hospital or family member are in need of a service dog, please reach out to us by filling out the application for adoption below. 

Please tell us more about yourself, family and or clinic/hospital this puppy would be in service for and what you are looking for rather that be a Sheepadoodle, Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle, Aussiedoodle or Frenchie as a Service Dog and the services you would like them to preform. 

We select 4-6 puppies each year (depending on disposition and personality testing ) to donate each year. 

When applying for a service or therapy dog, you will be asked to provide the trainer you will be working with as well as have to sign our purchasing contract. All terms of the contract will be require of you, even for our service and therapy dog donations!
